Social Studies
This year in social studies students will read the book Flat Stanley and go on adventures with Stanley. They will use passports to travel around the world, learning about different cultures and world geography. When we land back in the United States, we will focus on communities, citizenship, the United States government, and American history.
Science
This year in science students will be investigating the following topics:
- Introduction to Science
- Weather, Night & Day, The 4 Seasons
- Life Cycles of Plants and Animals
- Habitats
- Conservation
- States of Matter (solids, liquids & gases)
